Orphan Chest
35" wide - 22" deep - 59" tall

      The frame of the chest is walnut.  The panels and drawer fronts are curly cherry.  Drawer guides and drawers are hard maple and drawer bottoms are aromatic cedar and the pulls are Koa.  This chest was part of a complete bedroom set - the buyer did not want this chest, and that is why I call it the "Orphan Chest."  It is in our Boonville showroom and it is priced so that it can find a home.  I found two matching curly cherry planks at the lumber yard in Windsor and made the whole bedroom set from them.  Notice the two small "steps" in each leg which make the chest smaller at the top.
