Secretarial Desk
29” wide - 60” long - 30” tall

      This desk is made from California Walnut and Curly Eastern Maple. The end frames surrounding the floating panels are assembled with wedged through tenons, and the horizontal members are through dovetailed. The drawers are guided top, bottom and sides by hardwood runners. The top, end panels and drawer fronts are veneered on both sides with one-eighth thick bandsawn veneer made in the shop.
      The desk is finished with three coats of polyurethane varnish and rubbed out with steel wool.
